Filing a notice
Send the following to editor@vmrnewswire.com with the subject DMCA: the exact page URL, a description of the material you believe infringes your rights, the rights you hold and evidence of it, your contact details, and a statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for one.
Review and response
Notices are reviewed on receipt. Material that is confirmed infringing, or whose notice is complete and unopposed, is removed or disabled and the submitting party is informed of the action taken. Counter-notices follow the same review path. The process distinguishes ownership claims from attribution corrections, privacy requests, and ordinary factual errors, because those need different responses.
Incomplete notices delay action. Include only what is needed to establish the claim and the remedy you are requesting.
